9. Paid Plans and Lifetime Access

LinkX may offer optional paid plans or premium features, including LinkX Pro.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, a Lifetime purchase grants access to the purchased LinkX Pro features for the lifetime of the Service, not the lifetime of the purchaser.

We reserve the right to:

  • Introduce new features or plans.
  • Modify or discontinue specific features.
  • Change pricing for future purchases.
  • Offer promotional discounts or special offers.

Any changes to pricing will not affect purchases that have already been completed.

If LinkX permanently discontinues the Service, lifetime access will also end. We are not obligated to provide refunds solely because the Service is discontinued, except where required by applicable law.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated at the time of purchase, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
